ANNUAL WINTER TRACK AND FIELD CARNIVAL
Date: Sunday 22rd July 2018
Venue: University of the Sunshine Coast Tartan Track, Sippy Downs Drive, Chancellor Park
First event is the men’s and women’s 3000m at 8.00am and will be run in conjunction with 3000m walk starting at 8.15am. All hurdles event start from 8.45am.

Medals will be awarded to place getters in all events.
Compulsory Track Fee $4.00 per athlete PLUS
U/10 - U/18: $8.00 per event
Open - Masters & AWD $10.00 per event
Athletics Australia Implement Specifications must be used in ALL events including Para Events. These specifications can be found at http://www.athletics.com.au/Compete/Rules-Technical-Information/Implement-Weights-and-Specifications. Athletes competing in Multi-Age events (Para and Masters) will use implements specific for their age group.
Postal entries close on Wednesday 18 July. Postal entries to be posted to: USCAC, PO Box 7858, Sippy Downs, QLD, 4556. Postal nominations need to be received by the closing date or late fees will apply. Nomination forms will not be processed without correct fees.
Online entries close at 9:00am on Friday 20th July.
Late event nominations are taken on the day and close 1 hour prior to track events and 30 minutes prior to field events. Late nominations will cost $20 per event, plus the track fee of $4.00 per athlete. Only ONE event change will be allowed on the day. Event changes need to be submitted no later than 1 hour than prior to the scheduled event time.
